Hello World! Paschoalotto is looking for a Tech Lead to technically lead teams responsible for building, evolving, and maintaining strategic technological solutions for the business. This professional will play a key role in defining technical standards, solution architecture, best engineering practices, and guiding the team, acting as a technical reference and a link between technology, business, and innovation. A profile with a systemic vision, decision-making capability, and strong involvement in the technical formation and development of team professionals is expected.

Responsibilities and Duties

Technically lead the team, acting as a reference in architecture, development, and best engineering practices.
Support the definition and evolution of corporate solution architecture.
Ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability standards of applications.
Participate in the design, technical review, resolution of complex problems, and validation of solutions developed by the team.
Conduct code reviews and disseminate best development practices.
Define and monitor versioning strategies, automated testing, and CI/CD.
Technically support initiatives in Generative AI, intelligent automation, virtual assistants, and language model (LLMs) driven applications.
Evaluate technologies, frameworks, and platforms related to Artificial Intelligence, contributing to the company's innovation strategy.
Work together with leaders and business areas to align priorities and technical direction.
Participate in proof of concepts (POCs), technological evaluations, and innovation initiatives.
Contribute to the conception and evolution of solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, supporting the definition of architectures, standards, and best practices for corporate use.
Contribute to the evolution of the company's technical maturity, processes, and engineering culture.
Manage technical debts and continuously evolve the platforms under your responsibility.

Requirements and Qualifications

Required: Solid experience as a Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, Senior Developer, or equivalent position.
Experience in the technical leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
Command of best software engineering practices.
Knowledge in systems architecture, integrations, and corporate solutions.
Experience with Git, versioning, and CI/CD.
Knowledge in relational databases.
Knowledge in development using Python, C#, or equivalent technologies.
Ability for technical decision-making and leading architectural discussions.
Skill in communication with technical and business areas.
Experience in managing medium and high complexity projects.
Differentials: Experience with Data Engineering and building ETL/ELT pipelines.
Knowledge in analytical architectures and Data Lake.
Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
Knowledge in process orchestration using Airflow or equivalent tools.
Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI.
Knowledge in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
Experience with language model APIs (LLMs).
Knowledge in vector databases and semantic search mechanisms.
Experience with corporate AI platforms and tools.
Knowledge in MLOps, DataOps, and observability.
Experience with Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience in high-criticality On-Premises environments.
