Why we built this
Most remote job boards are aimed at North American or European candidates. If you live in Suriname, Guyana, Trinidad, or anywhere else in the Caribbean, you figure out fast that most of those listings won't take you, even when they say "remote."
We built this to fix that. Instead of listing every remote job on the internet, we only show roles from companies that actually hire in your country.
What we do
We go through job boards and company pages, pull out the remote roles open to candidates in our countries, and post them here. Every listing links straight to the employer. No middlemen, no recruitment fees, no sign-up walls.
We add new jobs regularly and expire old ones automatically so you never waste time on a listing that's already closed.

Our mission
Remote work shouldn't have a passport requirement. Geography shouldn't decide who gets a shot at good work. We're building the site we wished existed when we were looking for remote jobs ourselves.
