About the job

We are looking for a Requirements Analyst to work closely with the operational areas, focusing on system support, demand organization, and interface between Support and Development. This person will play an active role in analyzing business rules, writing clear correction requirements, and monitoring execution, ensuring that demands are well understood, prioritized, and validated before returning to the client. It is an opportunity for professionals looking to work in dynamic environments with multiple simultaneous demands and direct impact on operations.

Main responsibilities

Act as a focal point between Support and Development
Analyze demands, understanding business rules and operational impact
Write clear analyses and details for corrections and adjustments
Organize and support the prioritization and execution of demands within the team
Ensure clear, objective, and structured communication between areas
Validate corrections made (functional tests) before returning to the client
Keep records and history of decisions and demands addressed
Contribute to improving flow and reducing rework and noise

Requirements

Previous experience as a Requirements Analyst or similar role
Experience in system support environments
Good ability to analyze business rules
Experience writing requirements and correction descriptions
Clear, assertive, and collaborative communication
Ability to handle multiple simultaneous demands

Code reading or familiarity with technical environments
Experience in validation/testing of corrections
Previous experience in direct contact with support or operations teams
