The Team of Registration Platform

In the Registration Platform team, you will work on building and optimizing the best central registration platform for customer onboarding and lifecycle, ensuring the stability and scalability of our platform. We are a team focused on data quality and customer security during onboarding, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary and self-managed teams, always seeking the best tools and encouraging everyone to give their best.

What It's Like to Be a Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Developer, you will build applications, participate in their planning, refinement, and prioritization, as well as conduct technical feasibility studies when necessary, working pragmatically. You will also contribute to existing documentation, project test coverage, and conduct code reviews of other developers’ work, providing feedback to ensure software improvement.

Challenge: Build, evolve, and optimize our registration platform's structure, utilizing the potential of stacks such as Elixir and Golang to create scalable and resilient solutions. You will work on implementing new functionalities for important projects and continuously improving existing workflows. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on strategic projects with a high business impact.

What We Expect From You

Extensive experience with Elixir;
Ability to write and test product code or system influencing team decisions regarding design and implementation of solutions;
Ability to debug and optimize code during system maintenance;
Knowledge of design practices for scalability, consistency, and fault tolerance for critical applications;
Experience with Databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, and/or others);
Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, and/or others);
Familiarity with GitHub;
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes in production;
Familiarity with Cloud (AWS, GCP, and/or others);
Understanding of concurrency and parallelism models;
Adherence to good coding practices;

What Increases Your Chances

Experience with critical and high availability applications;
Experience in projects focused on the financial area;
Experience in languages we currently use (Elixir);
Experience with functional programming (Erlang, Clojure, Lisp);
Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with other teams on technical aspects;
Knowledge of OTP (Open Telecom Platform);
Experience with the Phoenix framework and RESTful or WebSocket communication;
