What you will do on a daily basis:

• Design and implement customized software solutions aligned with clients' objectives and technical requirements
• Create detailed implementation plans based on gathered requirements
• Lead the implementation process, configuring, installing, and integrating products and services
• Provide technical support during implementation, identifying and solving problems
• Act as a communication link between clients, sales, development, and support
• Conduct training sessions with stakeholders on using and maintaining the solution
• Prepare documentation, manuals, and guides to facilitate product use
• Test performance, fix bugs, and conduct quality checks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Software Engineering
• Fluency in English
• Previous experience in implementation and integration of SaaS platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
