Responsibilities and Duties

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to work on the development, maintenance, and evolution of web applications, focusing on React for the front-end and Java with Spring/Spring Boot for the back-end. The position involves creating new functionalities, maintaining existing systems, correcting incidents, improving performance, integrating systems, and supporting technical decisions. The professional will work in partnership with Product, UX/UI, Quality, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams, contributing to robust, scalable deliveries aligned with business needs.

Activities:

Develop, maintain, and evolve web applications using React for the front-end.
Develop and support back-end APIs and services using Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
Support systems, investigating bugs, failures, incidents, and unexpected behaviors.
Implement technical and functional improvements in existing applications.
Create, maintain, and integrate REST APIs.
Perform integrations with internal, external systems and third-party services.
Participate in technical analysis of demands, proposing solutions suitable for the business context.
Conduct refactors to improve code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
Create and maintain automated tests in both front-end and back-end.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and defining best practices.
Support build, deploy, monitoring processes, and track applications in production.
Analyze logs, metrics, and evidence to identify root causes of problems.
Produce and maintain technical documentation.
Provide technical support to less experienced developers in the team.

Requirements and Qualifications

Solid experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Advanced experience with React.
Proficiency in modern JavaScript, including ES6+.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and developing responsive interfaces.
Experience with componentization, state management, and API consumption in the front-end.
Solid experience with Java.
Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
Knowledge of REST API development.
Experience with layered architecture, dependency injection, and best practices in back-end development.
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
Knowledge in SQL and data modeling.
Experience with JPA, Hibernate, or similar technologies.
Knowledge of Git and versioning strategies.
Experience with unit and integration tests.
Familiarity with principles such as SOLID, Clean Code, and design patterns.
Experience in investigating and correcting issues in production environments.
Ability to analyze logs, identify root causes, and propose definitive solutions.
Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
Good communication, autonomy, organization, and teamwork capability.
