What We Expect From You

Act as a technical and operational reference for direct reports, ensuring the stability, performance, reliability, and availability of Cloud environments.
Work on the maintenance and evolution of Cloud infrastructure environments (AWS), ensuring the stable and secure operation of critical software products.
Utilize services and tools such as EC2, ECS, EKS, VPCs, Route53, Load Balancers, S3, Kubernetes, Containers, Tomcat, and Kafka MSK, as well as complex integrations between distributed applications.
Monitor and observe with Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, Alert Manager, and Dynatrace, configuring metrics, dashboards, and alerts precisely to ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and resilience.
Guide and support less senior collaborators in their technical and professional development, sharing knowledge and directing focus.
Oversee operational processes, continuous improvement, and technological innovation, fostering ethical behavior in alignment with these processes.
Provide tactical focus, organizing and directing the team to efficiently accomplish activities in alignment with direct leaders.
Support communication flow, aiming for a uniform understanding among less senior collaborators.
Technically handle external client tickets and continuous improvement demands, pursuing excellence for yourself and the team you lead.
Work in Cloud and On-Premise environments, focusing on stability, tuning, troubleshooting, and automation.
Investigate and resolve high complexity incidents, identifying root causes and proposing preventive measures.
Support the team in best practices for operations and infrastructure, promoting efficient use of resources and adherence to technical standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes, proposing architectural adjustments and technological innovations.
Ensure that the technical communication flow is uniform, assisting in clarifying doubts and standardizing procedures.

To Join Our Team, You Need To Have

A complete degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related fields.
Experience in Hybrid Environments: Strong experience in the maintenance and evolution of Cloud infrastructure (AWS).
Containers and Orchestration: Practical mastery of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
AWS Core Services: Experience with management and troubleshooting of EC2, VPCs, Route53, Load Balancers, and S3.
Monitoring and Observability: Practical experience in configuring metrics, dashboards, and alerts using Prometheus, Grafana, and Dynatrace (or related APM tools).
Operation Profile (Run): Strong background in handling tickets (internal and external), managing complex incidents, and root cause analysis.
AWS Orchestration: Knowledge of ECS (in addition to Kubernetes).

It Would Be Great If You Had

Application Support: Knowledge in diagnosing, tuning, and troubleshooting Tomcat application servers.
Messaging and Integrations: Experience with Kafka MSK and support for complex integrations between distributed applications.
Alert/Legacy Tools: Familiarity with Alert Manager and Nagios for monitoring mesh composition.
Automations: Knowledge in terraform/terragrunt, Ansible AWX, Tekton, and DevOps concepts (CI/CD).
