Fullstack Developer in the Health Sector

You will have access to an international team of talents that develops technologies that revolutionize the patient journey and help make a positive impact for millions of users. We are looking for a fullstack developer in the health sector to expand the platform, interact with stakeholders, and develop the next generation of health products. The role requires motivation and demands a professional who can understand complex codebases and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain fullstack functionalities, including user dashboards, personalized experiences, content delivery, interactive tools, assessments, and real-time data analysis.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and data models to support high-volume multi-user environments.
• Design and implement database schemas and queries to track progress, engagement, and reporting.
• Collaborate on integrations with external systems and data sources to enable comprehensive workflows.
• Ensure that the platform performs well, is secure, reliable, and scalable for large-scale deployment.
• Work closely with product teams, design, and industry experts to iterate quickly based on user feedback and outcome data.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experienced Fullstack Developer with the autonomy to take responsibility for functionalities across the stack (frontend, backend, and database).
• Generalist profile, able to fluently transition between UI/UX implementation, API design, data modeling, and system architecture.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., TypeScript/React/Next.js on the frontend; Python/FastAPI or similar on the backend).
• Solid experience with relational databases and schema design for complex domains.
• Experience or strong interest in learning health data modeling in HL7 FHIR format.
• Good eye for UX design and strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with large-scale user-facing applications or domain-specific platforms will be an important differentiator.
• Passion for building products that make a real-world impact.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment with a high level of autonomy.
• Complete professional fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
