Job Description

We are looking for Mid and Senior professionals with experience in ServiceNow, strong performance in solution architecture, integrations, and advanced development, to work on strategic initiatives in complex corporate environments. The position involves everything from architecture design to the implementation of scalable, secure, and integrated solutions, contributing to technological evolution and digital transformation of the business.

What you will do on a daily basis:

Define architecture and best development practices on the ServiceNow platform
Design and evolve solutions using Service Portal and reusable components
Orchestrate flows with Flow Designer, Subflows, and integrations via IntegrationHub
Develop advanced solutions with Script Includes, Business Rules, and APIs
Integrate ServiceNow with external services (REST/SOAP) and cloud environments
Act on the evolution of CI/CD and DevOps practices on the platform
Ensure governance, performance, and security of solutions
Conduct code reviews and support the technical development of the team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Technology or related areas
Solid experience in advanced development in ServiceNow
Mastery of Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Scripted REST APIs
Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub
Experience with system integrations and architecture
Experience with Service Portal (widgets, themes, and customized UI)
Previous work experience in complex corporate environments

Differentials

ServiceNow certifications CSA, CAD, CTA, or CMA
Experience with technical leadership or team mentoring
