About the Position

The mission of this position is to develop scalable, high-quality software solutions, acting as a technical reference in the construction of systems that drive the efficiency and innovation of the organization. The Specialist will play a relevant role in defining standards, architecture, code quality, and disseminating best practices, supporting the team in solving complex problems and continuously evolving applications.

Responsibilities and Duties

Design, code, test, and maintain software applications focusing on quality, performance, and reliability.
Participate in defining architecture and technical standards of the systems, supporting decisions and trade-offs.
Perform code reviews and support less experienced developers, elevating the technical level of the team.
Act in solving complex technical problems and in the continuous improvement of existing systems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, product, design, data, and QA, to deliver integrated solutions.
Ensure adherence to security, scalability, and maintainability practices.
Document solutions and share technical knowledge with the team.

Requirements and Qualifications

Complete higher education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related areas.
Mastery of SOLID principles, Clean Code, and Design Patterns.
Experience with Java with Spring, and Node.js.
Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
DevOps practices and CI/CD.
Experience with automated tests, unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
Experience with version control and continuous integration tools, such as Git, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
Experience with cloud computing, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Technical English for reading and writing documentation and participating in training and forums.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with observability, logs, metrics, and tracing, and SRE practices.
Experience in high-scale environments and critical systems.
Experience with application security and best practices for secure architecture.
Active participation in guild or technical community initiatives and mentorship.
