Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
• Expertise in data modeling: standard and custom DMOs, relationships, identity resolution
• Experience with data integration via S3, Ingestion API, and native Data Cloud connectors
• Solid knowledge of SQL for use in Query Editor and data analysis
• Experience with segmentation, activation, and configuration of Activation Targets
• Familiarity with identity architecture (CPF hashing, profile unification strategies)
• Ability to document technically and communicate with multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) and/or Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP)
• Knowledge of data pipelines with AWS (S3, Redshift) and/or GCP (BigQuery)
• Familiarity with Einstein Segmentation, Calculated Insights, and Streaming Insights
• Familiarity with Agentforce
• Experience with retail media / data collaboration models (Data Spaces)
• Knowledge of LGPD as applied to consent flows and opt-out management
• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification
