We seek a professional with solid experience in data, a strong business understanding, and a hands-on profile to work on building solutions based on Generative Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Agents. This is not a position focused solely on requirements gathering - we expect someone who can operate end-to-end, from identifying opportunities with business areas to building, validating, and evolving the implemented solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties

Work closely with business areas to identify opportunities for applying Generative Artificial Intelligence and intelligent agents.
Conduct discovery sessions, understand processes, and gather needs with stakeholders.
Translate business challenges into viable and measurable solutions.
Build, configure, test, and evolve intelligent agents using the Databricks platform.
Develop prototypes, proofs of concept (PoCs), and MVPs in an agile manner.
Develop notebooks, pipelines, and components necessary to support the implemented solutions.
Work with SQL, Python, and Spark in exploring, preparing, and validating data used by agents.
Define and implement prompt strategies, tools, conversational flows, and context retrieval.
Participate in defining agent architectures and implementation standards for solutions.
Conduct functional testing, approvals, and validations with end users.
Monitor the performance of implemented solutions, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Track adoption, quality, and value generation indicators for delivered initiatives.
Collaborate with other squad members in evolving the company's AI practices and solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications

Solid experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Products, or related areas.
Practical experience with the Databricks platform.
Advanced knowledge of SQL.
Advanced knowledge of Python.
Experience with Spark/PySpark for data processing and manipulation.
Experience in building, configuring, or evolving intelligent agents, copilots, or applications based on LLMs.
Knowledge of Generative Artificial Intelligence and Prompt Engineering.
Ability to independently develop prototypes and solutions.
Experience directly working with business areas in identifying and delivering data or AI solutions.
Experience with agile methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate technical and business contexts.

Experience with Databricks Mosaic AI Agent Framework.
Experience with Agent Evaluation, monitoring, and observability of agents.
Knowledge of Multi-Agent architectures.
Experience with supervisor agents, routers, planners, and advanced orchestration patterns.
Experience in building collaborative flows between multiple specialized agents.
Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Experience with Function Calling, Tool Calling, and integration of agents with corporate systems.
Knowledge of MLflow.
Experience with REST APIs and integrations.
Knowledge of Git and code versioning.
Experience in retail, logistics, marketplace, or digital operations.
Knowledge of MLOps and the lifecycle of AI solutions.
Participation in communities, studies, projects, or initiatives related to the evolution of Generative AI and intelligent agents.
Interest in keeping up with new techniques, frameworks, and market trends, contributing to the continuous evolution of solutions developed by the squad.
