Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop AI and Data Science solutions to support business decision-making;
• Build, train, validate, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models;
• Work on projects involving NLP, Gen AI, LLM, and RAG architectures;
• Develop data pipelines and integrations using Python and SQL;
• Create and implement statistical models applied to business problems;
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytical applications using visualization libraries and AI frameworks;
• Engage in the construction and evolution of intelligent chatbots;
• Work with cloud environments AWS for the development and deployment of solutions;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in defining data-driven strategies;
• Ensure the quality, scalability, and performance of the delivered solutions;
• Support technical presentations and communication of results to stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience of at least 4 years in the IT field;
• Higher education degree in IT or postgraduate studies in IT with a minimum of 360 hours recognized;
• Advanced knowledge in Python and SQL;
• Experience with statistical modeling and Machine Learning techniques;
• In-depth knowledge of NLP, Gen AI, LLM, and RAG;
• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch;
• Familiarity with cloud computing, especially AWS;
• Knowledge of statistical models and data analysis;
• Experience with AI/Machine Learning and visualization libraries such as Scikit-learn, Streamlit, and Matplotlib/Pyplot;
• Good communication, analytical ability, and presentation skills;
• Desirable experience in developing intelligent chatbots;
• Collaborative, proactive profile oriented towards problem-solving.
