Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM management activities using the HubSpot platform;
• Maintain the health and optimization of the CRM database (fields, properties, workflows, etc.);
• Interface with the data, commercial, and marketing teams to implement actions;
• Conduct marketing and sales automations in HubSpot (Email and WhatsApp campaigns) aimed at increasing lead nurturing and conversion into materials and for the commercial team;
• Have a digital mindset, curiosity about new technologies, and an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade, Advertising, Journalism, or similar;
• Experience with Inbound Marketing, metrics, and data analysis;
• Experience with HubSpot;
• Analytical and strategic skills regarding marketing environments, business, and processes;
• Desire to think of creative and unconventional solutions to problems;
• Ability to work with different artificial intelligences to optimize routine;
• Organization, commitment, and proactivity.
