What you will do

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing processes in the marketing area;
• Assists in the execution of the marketing planning of the UA and other units;
• Supports client prospecting using personal research and tools like LinkedIn;
• Integrates marketing planning, produces content pieces, manages social media, and monitors campaign indicators;
• Organizes weekly schedules (calendar for involved professionals, proposals to be developed, proposals to be delivered, and negotiations);
• Constantly updates CRM and the necessary information for decision-making.

Capture

• Assists in preparing commercial proposals and personalized presentations of services;
• Provides online support to clients and advises on services.

Retain and Foster Loyalty

• Supports the execution of internal events;
• Assists in organizing fairs, events, and exhibitions;
• Manages post-sale relationships and identifies process improvements with the aim of retaining clients and solving problems.
