Junior Financial Controller at BairesDev

As a Junior Financial Controller at BairesDev, you will support the finance team in monitoring and analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. You will assist with budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis while learning about financial control processes under the guidance of senior finance professionals.

What You Will Do:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting processes, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Help maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Participate in monthly closing activities and reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Support financial data analysis and prepare management presentations.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Intermediate English.
