Junior Financial Analyst at BairesDev

As a Junior Financial Analyst at BairesDev, you will support the finance team in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities. You will work with experienced finance professionals to help track financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights for business decisions.

What you will do:

• Assist in the collection and analysis of financial data from various sources.
• Help prepare regular financial reports and presentations.
• Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Assist in tracking key financial metrics and performance indicators.
• Participate in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and validate financial information.

What we are looking for:

• 1+ year of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
• Knowledge of financial analysis techniques and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Intermediate English.
