This opportunity is exclusive for the position of Credit Recovery Analyst - Law Graduate without OAB.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Assist lawyers in conducting activities related to credit recovery.
- Prepare reports and email communications.
- Update spreadsheets, systems, and internal controls.
- Provide support in the preparation and organization of documents and procedural information.
- Assist in negotiations related to credit recovery.
- Contact clients when necessary.
- Support the analysis and organization of information for monitoring processes.
- Utilize Generative Artificial Intelligence tools to support departmental activities.
- Execute other administrative and operational activities related to credit recovery.
Expected experiences:
- Experience in credit recovery or related areas.
- Experience in preparing reports and management controls.
- Experience with updating spreadsheets and systems.
- Experience supporting legal teams will be considered a differential.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Education: Position aimed at law students in their 4th or 5th year, or law graduates (without OAB - mandatory).
- Tools and knowledge:
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
- Knowledge of Python will be considered a differential.
- Knowledge of Cloud solutions will be considered a differential.
- Familiarity with Generative Artificial Intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of Canva will be considered a differential.
- Experience using legal and/or management systems.

- Analytical and organized profile.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Proactivity and sense of priority.
- Ability to work with a large volume of information.
- Logical reasoning and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and support lawyers.
