Our partner is a growing mobile and enterprise solutions organization helping shape how people connect, work, and communicate through innovative devices and next-generation digital products. Their team is looking to add a Business Development Manager focused on expanding B2B mobile distribution channels across the Guyana and Suriname markets. This environment is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and turning opportunities into long-term business growth. A strong portion of the target accounts has already been identified, allowing this person to focus on relationship development, pipeline momentum, and revenue generation. The team is looking for someone coachable, proactive, and comfortable managing sales activity independently. This person will work closely with senior sales leadership to strengthen distributor relationships and expand Samsung mobile offerings throughout the region. Strong communication skills and familiarity with mobile devices are important, as clients expect consultative conversations from someone who genuinely understands the products they represent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Background in B2B business development, account management, or channel sales environments
  • Prior exposure to mobile device sales, telecom, or consumer technology industries
  • Experience working with distributors, resellers, or partner networks
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Bullhorn, or comparable CRM platforms
  • Comfortable working independently in remote, client-facing environments with regional travel as needed

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow B2B relationships with distributors and channel partners
  • Expand mobile device market presence throughout Guyana and Suriname
  • Manage a pipeline of existing and newly identified business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity updates, and KPI tracking within Bullhorn/Salesforce
  • Conduct outreach, meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities with prospective partners
  • Collaborate directly with sales leadership on territory strategy and account development
  • Convert pre-identified target accounts into long-term business relationships
  • Identify additional market opportunities and new partnership channels
  • Represent the organization during client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements
  • Support proposal creation, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
  • Build familiarity with Samsung mobile solutions and communicate product value confidently
  • Analyze sales activity and pipeline progress to support revenue forecasting
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align customer needs with available solutions
  • Maintain consistent communication cadence with prospective and active accounts
  • Operate independently while managing priorities across multiple regional markets
