Pre-Sales Representative

Dutch Fluent (C1), English (B2) It is a freelance, remote, and full-time position. Working Schedule: flexible, 5 days per week working and 2 days off (determined by the client 1 week in advance) working hours: 9 am - 6 pm CET Sundays are days off Training: 2 weeks. Probation period: 2 months. At Mindy support you have great opportunity to get:

• Experience in the international company working with people around the globe.
• Compensation for trial period 2 months. $1000/month. After trial $1100/month plus up to $100 KPI bonus.
• Training will be provided by the company and the client.
• 20 paid days of vacations, 10 paid days sick leaves per year.
• Management's attention, support and motivation. Responsibilities:
• Follow-up calls in Dutch and English with leads with the aim of booking a doctor's appointment;
• Calls to customers who canceled an appointment to re-book;
• Manage the database of customers in the CRM (HubSpot);
• Perform any additional administrative tasks;
• Report to senior management You are the perfect candidate if:
• previous Sales-related experience (on calls)
• Fluent in Dutch writing and speaking
• English at least B2
• Strong Negotiation & Persuasion Skills
• HubSpot or any similar CRM experience
• Super comfortable with calls, great communicator
• G Suite knowledge
