Job Objective:

Design digital interfaces for iUROP clients, both in ecommerce environments and on websites and landings, transforming business needs into clear, functional, and optimized visual experiences for conversion, average order value, and brand consistency. This is a role with real weight in the final delivery to the client, combining design vision, visual judgment, structural thinking, and execution capability.

Main Responsibilities:

Design complete online stores in Figma for ecommerce clients, from home page, product page, wireframe to final file ready for handoff to the development team.
Design and build landing pages and complete websites directly in Framer, including structure, styles, animations, and interaction.
Create and maintain scalable design systems in Figma, with components, styles, tokens, and reusable patterns.
Design pieces for email marketing such as newsletters, automated flows, and promotional campaigns tailored for conversion.
Select and generate visual resources for projects, integrating them coherently into each brand's identity.
Collaborate continuously with the design, development, and performance team to ensure that deliveries are viable, consistent, and well-implemented.
Resolve implementation doubts and validate that the final design in production respects what is defined in the delivered files.
Adapt to different types of clients, brands, and projects while maintaining judgment, speed, and quality of execution.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in digital design.
Expert mastery of Figma.
Real experience designing ecommerce, especially online stores with a structure ready for development.
Ability to work with components, auto layout, styles, and scalable design systems.
Good UX/UI judgment to design clear, usable, and visually consistent interfaces.
Knowledge in Framer to design and build functional and publishable pages.
Ability to leave files organized, clear, and ready for handoff.
Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to progress without constant supervision.
Good communication to work remotely with clarity and transparency.
Ability to quickly adapt to different clients, sectors, and brand styles.
