Mid-Level Digital Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Understand and translate user needs into functional and intuitive design solutions.
• Structure navigation flows, wireframes, and medium to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Conduct and support discovery processes focused on qualitative and quantitative research.
• Apply and contribute to the evolution of the company's Design System.
• Validate hypotheses through usability testing and behavioral data analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to ensure delivery feasibility and quality.
• Support documentation and communication of design decisions to stakeholders.
• Participate in agile rituals and planning ceremonies with the product team.
• Evaluate and propose continuous improvements in user experience based on metrics and feedback.
• Ensure visual consistency and coherence of interfaces while respecting brand standards and guidelines.

Required qualifications:

• UX and UI Design (user experience and interface design)
• Design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Principles of accessibility and usability
• Prototyping and Design System
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Research techniques (interviews, usability testing, heuristic analysis)
• Systemic thinking and critical analysis of flows
• Basic knowledge of front-end (HTML, CSS, responsive behavior)
• Visual communication and storytelling
• Analysis of product and experience metrics (such as NPS, CSAT, Conversion Funnel)
