About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Creative Strategist to lead the ideation and direction of high-performing video and advertising campaigns. This role is responsible for developing compelling concepts, messaging frameworks, creative briefs, and content strategies that drive engagement and conversions across paid media channels. You will work closely with video editors, media buyers, and marketing stakeholders to transform business goals into impactful ad creatives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the U.S. market, consumer behavior, and direct-response advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative strategies for paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
- Research target audiences, market trends, competitors, and customer pain points to generate winning creative concepts.
- Create detailed creative briefs, storyboards, hooks, scripts, and messaging angles for video editors and content creators.
- Identify and test new creative approaches based on performance data and market insights.
- Collaborate with media buyers to align creative strategy with campaign objectives and KPIs.
- Analyze ad performance and iterate on concepts to improve engagement, CTR, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain a library of proven creative frameworks, hooks, and winning ad concepts.
- Stay current on U.S. consumer trends, social media trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist, Performance Marketing Strategist, Content Strategist, or similar role.
- Proven experience developing ad creatives for the U.S. market.
- Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and paid social advertising.
- Experience creating creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, and campaign concepts for video ads.
- Ability to translate data and performance insights into actionable creative recommendations.
- Deep understanding of consumer psychology, buyer behavior, and persuasive messaging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 or above)
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
