Bora Expandir is a consultancy specialized in immigration to Spain, helping Brazilians achieve the dream of living in Europe with planning, security, and professional support. We are in a phase of growth and structuring our legal/operational sector and are looking for a Legal Analyst Supervisor to oversee, guide, and organize the routine of analysts responsible for consulting, document analysis, client service, and monitoring of immigration processes.
About the Position
We are looking for someone in the field of International Relations with an organized, communicative, analytical profile, and operational leadership skills. This person will be responsible for supervising the analysts in the legal/operational sector, ensuring a standard of service, quality in guidance, document control, deadline compliance, demand organization, and alignment with Bora Expandir's internal processes. This position is for someone who enjoys close leadership, attention to detail, accountability for deliveries, and ensuring that each client has a clear, safe, and well-conducted experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise the routine of legal/operational analysts;
- Monitor consulting, service, and client flow;
- Oversee the analysis, verification, and organization of client documents;
- Ensure that checklists, document pending issues, deadlines, and guidance are clear and up-to-date;
- Monitor the quality of information provided to clients;
- Ensure processes are conducted in an organized, clear, and standardized manner;
- Distribute demands and monitor the productivity of the team;
- Review information, guidance, and records made by analysts;
- Support the team with operational, documentary, and strategic questions;
- Ensure compliance with internal deadlines;
- Monitor indicators for service, consultations, documents, and process evolution;
- Identify bottlenecks, communication failures, and areas of improvement in operations;
- Report critical points, team needs, and improvement opportunities to management;
- Contribute to the standardization of internal procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in International Relations;
- Good verbal and written communication;
- Organization and attention to detail;
- Leadership ability, monitoring, and healthy accountability for the team;
- Ease with systems, spreadsheets, CRM, and digital tools;
- Interest in immigration, international mobility, and processes related to Spain;
- Ability to manage documents, deadlines, checklists, and simultaneous demands;
- Resolute, responsible, and process-oriented profile.
Differentials
- Previous experience with immigration, visas, international documentation, or consultative service;
- Experience with leadership or team supervision;
- Knowledge of immigration processes for Spain;
- Intermediate or advanced Spanish;
- Familiarity with CRM, task management, and operational organization;
- Experience with document analysis, verification of requirements, or process formation.
Work Regime and Schedule
Contract: CLT
Schedule: 44 hours per week
Hours: Monday to Friday
Fixed Salary: R$ 1,800.00
Bonuses: According to team performance and results
