Logistics Administrative Internship

What We Are Looking For

Requirements:

• Must be properly enrolled in the courses of Administration, Management Processes, Logistics, or related fields.
• Availability to intern for at least 1 year.
• Experience in customer relations via phone and handling systems will be a differential.
• Dynamic, proactive, committed, organized profile, with ease of communication and teamwork.
• Availability to intern full-time (09:00 to 16:30 with a 1:30 break).

What You Will Do

Responsibilities:

• Our company works with the supply of automotive parts for the largest insurers in Brazil. The intern will monitor and track operational processes aimed at supplying automotive parts to client insurers.
• Responsible for contacting suppliers and workshops, evaluating deadlines and documentation, as well as updating the system and guiding supply procedures.
• To ensure the safety of all our employees, initially, the intern will work remotely.
