Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Purchasing Management: Carry out the acquisition of products and services according to the internal needs of the company. Conduct market research to identify the best options for suppliers and products. Analyze and compare prices, delivery times, payment conditions, and supplier quality. Negotiate prices, delivery times, and contractual conditions with suppliers, always seeking the best conditions for the company.
  • Inventory Planning and Control: Monitor the stock of materials and products, avoiding excesses or shortages that could impact the company's operations. Maintain control of recurring purchases and schedule future purchases based on demand forecasting. Identify the need for material replenishment and proactively make purchases.
  • Issuance of Purchase Orders: Prepare and issue detailed purchase orders with all necessary information to ensure the smooth progress of the process. Monitor the status of orders, ensuring that delivery deadlines are met and that receipt occurs as agreed.
  • Supplier Management: Maintain a close relationship with suppliers, seeking to establish reliable long-term partnerships. Evaluate supplier performance, controlling the quality and compliance with deadlines. Resolve any supply issues, such as delays, defects in products, or problems with agreed conditions.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Monitor the budget allocated for purchases, ensuring that expenses are controlled and within established limits. Analyze purchasing and consumption reports, proposing actions to optimize costs and improve the efficiency of the acquisition process.
  • Documentation and Processes: Ensure that all procurement processes are properly documented, maintaining detailed records of each transaction. Monitor the delivery and receipt of goods, verifying invoices and other related documents.
  • Compliance and Conformity: Ensure that all purchases are made in compliance with company policies and guidelines. Observe and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards related to purchases and acquisitions.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Experience in sales of construction parts (yellow line, green line, and automobiles in general);
  • Office Suite;
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, or related areas.
