As a Strategic Consulting Specialist you will:

Execute defined consulting scopes, including:

Documentation and mapping of processes
Requirements gathering and structuring
Identification of KPIs and analysis of performance baseline
Definition and prioritization of use cases

Support workshops with clients, preparing materials, documenting results, and synthesizing findings into structured deliverables.
Translate operational and business inputs into clear and actionable documentation aligned with program scope.
Contribute to the development of business cases and the identification and articulation of value generation levers.
Support change management activities, such as stakeholder mapping, impact assessment, and communication planning.
Maintain disciplined documentation and version control aligned with consulting standards.
Collaborate effectively with:
- Program/Project Managers (for execution alignment)
- Industry Specialists (for domain validation)
- Practice Solutions Specialists (for technical viability alignment)
Identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies early and escalate to senior team members when necessary.

For this position, you must have:

Fluent English.
Completed higher education (postgraduate degree or relevant certifications are a plus).
Solid experience in consulting, business analysis, transformation initiatives or related operational roles.
Experience with digital transformation initiatives, process improvement or operational model definition.
Experience in preparing business cases.
Experience in conducting or supporting workshops and consolidating stakeholder contributions.
Experience in complex business or asset-intensive environments.
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Ability to transform ambiguous information into clear and structured documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Entrepreneurial profile and a sense of ownership.

It is a plus if you have:

Familiarity with KPI definition frameworks.
Knowledge of change management methodologies.
