Responsibilities and Duties

WHAT WILL THIS PERSON DO?

Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data related to marketing and sales;
Develop reports and dashboards that provide accurate and actionable insights for the marketing and sales teams;
Manipulate and interpret data to identify trends and patterns that may impact business strategies;
Collaborate with internal teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical solutions;
Support the definition of relevant KPIs and performance metrics for marketing and sales areas;
Perform statistical analyses and create predictive models to forecast customer behaviors and sales patterns;
Ensure data quality and integrity through regular validations and reviews;
Communicate complex analysis results clearly and concisely to different audiences within the organization.

Requirements and Qualifications

WHAT DO WE DESIRE?

Experience as a data analyst focusing on sales and marketing;
A degree in Statistics, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related areas;
Knowledge in marketing and sales metrics (consumer behavior, main KPIs and acquisition OKRs);
Good knowledge of customer/prospect segmentation, as well as competition, market analysis;
Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and chart creation;
Intermediate Power BI skills for developing interactive reports and dashboards;
Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (Pipedrive, Rd Station, Intercom);
Intermediate SQL knowledge to query and manipulate databases.
