About the role:
We're looking for a writer who can produce content that genuinely stands out. Content that ranks, earns citations, builds credibility, and gives readers something they couldn't get from an AI summary.
You'll spend the majority of your time on content: researching and writing articles, contributing to original research reports, and building the kind of assets that attract attention from humans, Google, and LLMs.
You'll also bring solid copywriting skills that come into play on specific assets: emails, landing pages, and occasionally social media posts.
What we're looking for is someone who raises the bar on what we produce. Someone who brings genuine editorial judgment and the instinct to push past consensus answers toward something worth reading.
You'll work in an AI-augmented environment, using Claude and internal workflows to accelerate research and drafting, but strong human judgment is what separates great output from good output here.
This is a role for someone who can research fast, write clearly, and ship on tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality, well-researched articles optimized for SEO and GEO.
- Update articles that are outdated, underperforming, or misaligned with current messaging.
- Contribute to proprietary data initiatives, helping compile survey results, analyze data, and shape findings into publishable research assets.
- Write high-converting B2B copy across emails, landing pages, case studies, and core website pages.
- Use Claude and internal AI workflows to accelerate research and first drafts, then apply strong human judgment to refine and elevate final output.
- Collaborate closely with the Content Lead to align on direction, incorporate feedback, and iterate until work meets quality standards.
- Maintain messaging, positioning, and brand voice consistency across all content and copy.
- Help improve, build, and maintain templates and workflows so high-quality assets can be produced faster over time.
- Continuously build domain expertise in our industry and ICPs to increase speed and quality of written assets.
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of B2B marketing content writing or copywriting experience (services, SaaS, or agency).
- Outstanding storytelling skills.
- Knows how to find the interesting angle, the credible source, and the data point that makes a piece worth reading.
- Proven ability to write persuasive, conversion-focused copy for web, decks, email, ad campaigns, and other marketing collateral.
- Strong self-editing discipline. Expects multiple iterations and improves drafts before feedback.
- Experienced in using AI for research and drafting while knowing when heavy human rewriting is required.
- World-class portfolio showing strong work across assets such as landing pages, case studies, white papers, articles, and emails.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to hit deadlines, manage multiple projects, and adapt tone by channel and audience.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Startup or agency background.
- Experience collaborating with designers to create premium, polished marketing assets.
- Familiarity with SEO and A/B testing copy.
- Experience with community engagement: Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, or professional forums. Understands how to contribute helpfully to a conversation rather than just promote. Knows what gets ignored and what earns credibility.
- Experience contributing to original research: surveys, data reports, industry studies. Comfortable working with raw data and shaping it into a narrative.
