Accounting and Tax Team Role

In the area of preventive and consulting accounting, maintaining close contact with entrepreneurs and managers. Transforming accounting into an effective management tool to guide strategic decisions.

In the area of tax writing, ensuring the agile processing of tax routines, the accurate assessment of taxes, and compliance with ancillary obligations at the federal, state, and municipal levels. Furthermore, it seeks to optimize financial resources through the proper application of tax regulations.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assistance in accounting classification and reconciliation;
• Support in the preparation of balance sheets and accounting statements;
• Analysis of invoices;
• Tax assessments (PIS, COFINS, CSLL, IRPJ, IRRF, CSRF, INSS, ISS, ICMS, IPI, DIFAL);
• Delivery of ancillary obligations (DCTF, EDF Contributions, REINF, SPED);
• Attend to clients for clarification of doubts related to accounting and tax routines;
• Other activities related to the area.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Complete or ongoing higher education in Accounting;
• Previous knowledge in accounting and tax routines. Organization, attention to detail, and good communication are necessary.
• Must have a structure for a 100% home office work regime.

Differential:

• Previous experience with accounting systems such as Alterdata, UAU, RM Labore, Protheus, Sienge, among others;
• Experience in the Commerce, Services, and Real Estate Development segments.
