Workday Financial Reporting Consultant

Hale International is excited to be partnering with a leading organization in search of an experienced Workday Financials Reporting Consultant based in LATAM to support the ongoing enhancement and optimization of their Workday Financials environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on consultant to play a key role in shaping the organization's reporting and analytics strategy across Workday Financials. The successful candidate will help drive improvements across Accounting, Procurement, and Financial Reporting functions, leveraging Workday Prism Analytics and advanced reporting capabilities to deliver meaningful business insights.

The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement stakeholders to design, develop, and optimize reporting and analytics solutions within Workday Financials. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide both strategic guidance and hands-on expertise, helping the organization maximize the value of its Workday investment while supporting critical business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the current Workday Financials reporting landscape and recommend scalable solutions to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions across the Workday Financials suite, with a particular focus on Accounting and Procurement.
• Build and enhance Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Discovery Board reports to meet evolving business and financial reporting requirements.
• Leverage Workday Prism Analytics to integrate, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders.
• Support the development and optimization of reporting capabilities within Workday Accounting Center.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective Workday reporting solutions.
• Advise stakeholders on Workday Financials reporting best practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Support user adoption through training, documentation, knowledge transfer, and ongoing guidance.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience delivering complex reporting and analytics solutions within Workday Financials environments.
• Strong expertise in Workday Financials Reporting, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics (PRISM).
• Experience supporting Accounting and Procurement processes within Workday Financials.
• Knowledge of Workday Accounting Center and its reporting capabilities.
• Experience developing Discovery Boards and interactive analytical reporting solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with Finance leadership and business users.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to operate independently, influence stakeholders, and provide trusted guidance.
• Must be based in LATAM and able to collaborate effectively with US-based teams and stakeholders.
