QA Specialist

Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a QA Specialist – AI Product Testing & Support to work on a contract basis. The role involves testing AI-powered products, identifying defects, and ensuring software reliability.

Responsibilities include validating AI model outputs and supporting product development through structured testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute test plans for AI-driven product features, including regression and performance testing.
• Document and report bugs, inconsistencies, or edge cases in AI model behavior.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to reproduce and resolve technical issues.
• Validate AI-generated outputs against predefined accuracy benchmarks.
• Maintain detailed test case logs and update documentation for future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in software quality assurance with a focus on AI or machine learning systems.
• Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks for AI model evaluation.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript for test automation.
• Ability to analyze AI model outputs and identify discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in technical environments.
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams is preferred.
