Internal Sales Representative - 100% Remote

We are looking for a communicative, proactive person with a commercial profile to work as an SDR/BDR in a home office model, with a PJ hiring format.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication;
• Commercial, persuasive, and consultative profile;
• Organization and discipline for home office routine;
• Ease in dealing with goals and follow-ups;
• Experience with customer service, sales, prospecting, or pre-sales;
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, CRM, Google Sheets, or similar tools;
• Proactive, responsible profile with a willingness to learn.

Main Activities

• Perform active prospecting of new clients;
• Contact leads via WhatsApp, calls, emails, or social media;
• Qualify leads and identify commercial opportunities;
• Present solutions clearly and objectively;
• Schedule sales meetings for the sales team;
• Follow up with leads in negotiation;
• Update spreadsheets, CRM, and internal controls;
• Organize the routine of contacts and opportunities;
• Support commercial campaigns and client acquisition actions;
• Report weekly on results and progress of prospecting.

Differentials

• Previous experience as SDR, BDR, pre-sales, or inside sales;
• Knowledge in B2B sales;
• Experience with CRM;
• Understanding of copywriting, sales funnel, or outbound;
• Knowledge of AI tools, such as ChatGPT or Claude;
• Experience in selling services, consulting, HR, or recruitment.

Work Model

• Compensation with base salary + commissions;
• Earnings of up to R$ 3,500.00;

• Computer, stable internet, and availability for daily contacts are necessary.
