Vacation Rental Property Manager

Help deliver outstanding guest experiences by managing vacation rental properties, communicating with guests, coordinating property operations, and ensuring every stay runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and booking requests
• Manage Airbnb calendars and reservations
• Coordinate cleaners and maintenance providers
• Resolve guest concerns professionally
• Monitor listing performance and optimize occupancy
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and review ratings
• Ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Airbnb co-host experience preferred (minimum 1 year required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent written English
• Experience managing multiple listings is an advantage
• Familiarity with Airbnb or property management software is a plus
• Highly organized and proactive
