Opatrip.com U.S. LLC is a fully digital U.S.-based company operating in nearly 190 countries since 2005. We are looking for a highly adaptable and fast-reacting Sales Team Leader who remains resilient under pressure and seasonal fluctuations. You will manage sales teams operating across different markets and time zones, each with varying performance levels, motivations, and challenges.

Important Time Zone Requirement The role requires availability aligned with late afternoons in Lithuania (EET/EEST) for coordination with the core team, while also working across international markets.

Compensation

  • Commission-only structure
  • First year: approx. USD 15,000
  • Second year: approx. USD 20,000
  • Thereafter: negotiable
  • Quarterly and yearly performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute sales strategies
  • Optimize and improve sales workflows
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement automation and process improvements
  • Manage team performance across time zones using KPIs
  • Handle underperformance, conflicts, and operational challenges professionally
  • Make fast, confident decisions in dynamic and changing conditions

Key Requirements

  • C2 English proficiency
  • Must be able to work aligned with late afternoon Lithuania time (EET/EEST)
  • 1+ year experience managing teams
  • 3+ years of sales experience

Strong Advantage

  • Experience in tourism, travel platforms, or OTAs
