We are looking for a Product Strategy Lead to be the guardian of the strategy and evolution of the Zenvia solution portfolio focused on large accounts and Enterprise clients. Responsibilities and Assignments

Your challenges to make a difference in this team

  • Be the guardian of the evolution strategy of the Zenvia solution portfolio in the context of large accounts and Enterprise clients;
  • Lead the product evolution for large accounts, communicating clearly with stakeholders to understand local needs and suggest solutions;
  • Ensure understanding of the most impactful points, guaranteeing that business understanding, client pains, and opportunities translate into frequent and evolving technical deliveries;
  • Establish launch plans that meet the requirements of major Enterprise verticals, achieving expected business results and impacts;
  • Monitor business, market, and technology trends in core segments to inform strategy and proactively propose new solutions to Sell More and Serve Better;
  • Develop strong relationships and communicate regularly with business and technology partners to shape regional strategy and prioritize needs;
  • Define and track specific regional product performance KPIs, measuring contribution to the company’s global goals;
  • Act as a product reference for SaaS solutions and possible local integrations (regional communication and payment channels).

Requirements and Qualifications

Profile of the Humanz we are looking for:

  • Live anywhere in Brazil (as regulated by CLT);
  • Strong experience in understanding the needs of partners and large clients;
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS products or scalable models;
  • Excellent analytical skills, using data to support strategic market entry decisions;
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple demands from stakeholders in different contexts;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Self-management and ability to deal with different contexts;
  • Ability to bring to light, prioritize, and balance multiple stakeholder priorities;
  • Relationship-building skills and collaboration among diverse stakeholders and clients;
  • Strong experience in understanding the needs of business partners and clients;
  • Strong skills in managing various projects and simultaneous deadlines.

Nice to have, but not required:

  • Advanced English and/or Spanish.
