Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Mechanical Engineering Professor to work on a contract basis. This role involves designing and delivering specialized engineering courses for a global education platform. You will develop curriculum materials and evaluate student performance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and instruct undergraduate and graduate-level mechanical engineering courses
• Develop and update course syllabi, lecture materials, and lab exercises
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and project assessments
• Provide academic support and mentorship to students via virtual office hours
• Collaborate with instructional designers to enhance learning outcomes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field required
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the university level
• Experience with online teaching platforms and LMS tools
• Strong background in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and solid mechanics
• Familiarity with CAD software and engineering simulation tools
• Ability to create engaging virtual learning experiences
