Real Estate Transactions Coordinator

Your Role

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and successful closings by:

• Managing and streamlining 150+ real estate transactions
• Keeping clients informed throughout the process
• Coordinating inspections, repairs, and key deadlines
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time
• Delivering a seamless experience from contract to close

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator (real estate experience preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proven ability to manage 80+ transactions in an active pipeline
• Highly organized, proactive, and growth-minded
• Weekend availability when needed
• For candidates with children: reliable childcare during working hours to ensure full focus and productivity
