Architecture Consulting

• Work with customer application teams and guide leadership around cloud solutions and cloud governance
• Architecture reviews and suggestions
• Creation of architectural artifacts
• Documentation of cloud deployment architecture and all applications
• Assist the application team with the risk assessment process
• Assist in the cloud service vetting process

Cloud Engineering Assistance

• Assist in providing a resolution to complex issues
• Develop new solutions per customer needs and perform POCs on new solutions
• Drive cost optimizations to deliver value to customers

Operational Skills

• Strong knowledge of JSON templates, Visual Studio, and PowerShell Scripting
• Knowledge on Linux Chef, Puppet, and other open-source technologies, especially running in Azure is a plus
• Administration and troubleshooting knowledge of Azure Windows servers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Design a detailed implementation roadmap for DR, IAAS, and PAAS environments on Azure. Evaluate the high-level cost of migration, able to select the right environment and the right size VMs.

Ability to understand and troubleshoot knowledge of Azure Platform as a Service resources like Azure SQL, Webapps, Application Gateway CDN, and AD authentication, etc.

Design and plan Azure infrastructure solutions, including the Azure Virtual Networks site-to-site VPN options vs ExpressRoute options, migrating virtual machines into the Azure environment, implementing the Azure Site Recovery service and general infrastructure-as-a-service management within the Azure environment.

Ability to understand documents and analyze the as-is state of the infrastructure landscape.

Ability to design, develop and implement To-Be solutions leveraging latest technology trends suitable for customer business and technology roadmap.

Ability to develop technology roadmap for a given customer environment.

Ability to abstract and articulate the solution with business value design should be able to design technical roadmap for migration to Azure.

Ability to identify incremental innovation frameworks, solutions and differentiations on top of industry standard technology solutions.

Consult and develop solutions for various types of RFPs.

Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and activities simultaneously and multitask effectively.

Strong knowledge on Business and Information Technology area of designing and implementing cloud solutions based on Microsoft Office 365, AD, Exchange, Intune, and Azure solutions.

Would be an advantage if able to handle the team drive and support system reliability, availability, scale and performance activities.

Azure certifications AZ 104, AZ 305.
